Warranty Scope

Free repair or replacement shall be provided for failures caused by material or workmanship defects.



Service Process

Contact after-sales service with purchase certificate; response within 48 hours.



Exclusions

Damage caused by human misuse, unauthorized modification, force majeure, expired warranty period, and natural wear of consumables are not covered.

Overseas Warranty Service



Service Method

Customers provide failure proof, and the company will deliver replacement parts free of charge. For major issues, assistance shall be provided through overseas agents or the products may be returned to China for repair.



Cost Instructions

Subject to the contract. Costs arising from damage caused by force majeure shall be borne jointly by both parties.


